Adapted to use metric mass/volume - measure the ingredients with a kitchen scale
Ingredients
8g instant yeast
10g sugar
15g salt
650g bread flour
Spices - black pepper, basil, oregano, garlic powder, parmesan cheese (optional)
450g warm water
50ml olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 450℉ (May be too hot if using parchment - try 425℉)
If using traditional yeast, combine yeast, sugar and warm water first and let stand for 10 minutes beforehand, add remaining ingredients in Step 2
Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl, add water and stir to combine. Form dough into ball and let rest in bowl for 10 minutes.
Add oil, mix.
Step 4
Roll out dough, add toppings, bake at 450F for 15-20 minutes, let stand before cutting
